An overview to proactive treatment

Vitamin B-5, or Pantothenic acid, is most important factor for every cell in the body, including the brain cells. The above vitamin is significant for the synthesis of adrenal hormones; wound healing, normal functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, glucose metabolism, and the utilization of other vitamins. Pantothenic acid belong to the vitamin B family, which is jointly known as the vitamin B Complex, which includes Biotin, Cobalamine (B12), Folic Acid (B9), Inocitol, Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Pyrodoxine (B6), Riboflavin (B2) and Thiamin (B1). These vitamins supports for healthy nerves, skin, eyes, hair, liver, gastrointestinal tract, and brain function. B-5, or pantotheic acid, assists in the functioning of the adrenal gland, by which the body balances the hormonal activity, which is most advantageous in acne treatment.

This also aid in the formation of antibodies. B-6, Pyridoxine, is essential for the metabolism of protein, and lends a hand to maintain fluid balance, which is required for healthy red blood cells. B-12 is also compulsory for red blood cell production. Folic acid is important for growth and reproduction of cells, particularly red blood cells, while Biotin is vital for healthy skin and hair. The B complex group of vitamins is exceptionally important for our body, which must be acquired by proper diet, or supplements, to enable it to convert the food into energy, by which the body will be able to maintain a strong immune system, balancing of many hormones, and perform other tasks. Long-term use of antibiotics lows down the level of hydrochloric acid. These antibiotics weaken the immune system too and both of these conditions will flare up of acne. The skin is the largest organ of the body; it often reflects toxicity of disproportion present in organs or tissue. Acne is an indication of an unhealthy digestive system and a weak immune system.
