Alternative Treatment Arthritis - An OverviewArthritis is a joint disorder causing inflammation resulting in joint pain. Joint pain is referred to as arthralgia. There are many forms of arthritis. Special versions of the program include a deep water course and a juvenile course. Tai Chi Program - Tai Chi from the Arthritis Foundation is a program based on the Australian Tai Chi for Arthritis program, which was designed to improve the quality of life for people with arthritis.
