How to get rid of black heads naturally?
Blackheads are
formed when the sebum (skins natural oil) collected and hardened
in the pores. In addition to this, the toxins released by the blood
and lymph through the skin also gets accumulated in the pores and
combines with sebum to form pasty glue. Oxidation of the exposed
tip causes black color in the tip, which is called as blackhead.
In the T-zone, the skins most sensitive oil glands are located,
thats why that area is affected periodically. Oily skins are
most susceptible to blackheads. Hence removal of blackhead is very
important in such type of skin; otherwise pimples or acne may follow
the condition. There are numerous blackhead removers and blackhead
extractor is available in the web, but 90% of them damage the skin
and the rest of them wont work.
Blackhead may
be caused by hormonal imbalance, bad food habits and no skin care.
The oily and greasy skin holders should wash their face at least
twice daily with clean water and also should avoid to go to sleep
in night with make up. Blackhead
can be removed without much difficulty in our home itself. The best
remedy to remove blackhead is mixing 4 tablespoon of baking soda
and 4 tablespoon of water and rub gently on the skin for 2-3 minutes.
Then rinse the face in warm water. Another effective method to remove
or extract blackhead is using honey on the affected part. Warm little
honey and apply on the affected area. After 15 minutes rinse the
area and repeat it for 3 days to get good results.
Application
of undiluted lemon juice in the troubleshooting area two or three
times a day may also fetches good results against blackhead. Mix
either oatmeal or almond powder in the rose water to get a paste.
This soft paste should be applied on the skin with special emphasis
on the trouble spots. This soft paste is having good penetrating
effect and spreads easily. This paste should be removed after 15
minutes by rinsing the skin in cold water. Blackheads can be removed
using blackhead remover but not with squeezing with the fingers
because squeezing will worse the things and may lead to pimple or
acne.
